What We Collect for TaxSaleSheet
Last updated 2026-10-19. When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email address and name. When you buy a list we keep a purchase record (the sale you bought, amount, status and dates). We do not store your card details; payments are handled by Waffo.
Service Providers
We use these processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage and email delivery), Waffo (payment processing) and Google (sign-in).
Public-Record Data in Lists
The tax-sale lists we sell are compiled from county government public records and county assessor data. They may include property owner names and mailing addresses that appear in those records. We do not collect this information from our users.
Your Data Rights
You control the personal data we hold about you. You can:
- View your data: your account details and your purchase history are available at any time in your dashboard (My purchases).
- Correct your data: if any personal data we hold is wrong or out of date, email support@taxsalesheet.com and we will correct it.
- Delete your data and your account: you can delete your account yourself under Settings > Security in your dashboard. You can also email support@taxsalesheet.com to request deletion of your personal data.
- Request a copy: email support@taxsalesheet.com to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
We respond to data requests within 30 days. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example by writing from the email address on your account).
When you delete your account we remove your personal data from our systems. Payment details are collected and held by Waffo, our merchant of record, under Waffo's own policies; we never see your card number. We may keep purchase records (such as order, amount and date) for as long as accounting, tax and legal requirements require.
If you are listed as an owner in a county public record that appears in our lists, the original record is maintained by the county; to ask about records in our files, email support@taxsalesheet.com.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
