About TaxSaleSheet
Last updated 2026-10-19. TaxSaleSheet sells one-time digital downloads: a county tax-sale list (Excel and CSV) for a single county sale. The price shown at checkout is the full price for that file. There is no subscription, and payments are processed by Waffo.
Data and No Advice
Lists are compiled from county government public records and county assessor data and are provided "as is". They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and records can change before the auction. The official county record always prevails; verify every parcel with the county before you bid. Nothing we provide is investment, legal or tax advice, and TaxSaleSheet is not a broker, law firm or investment adviser.
Refunds
Digital downloads are non-refundable, except that we will refund your purchase if the file cannot be delivered to you, or if it is materially wrong for the sale it was listed for. To request a refund, contact support@taxsalesheet.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
Acceptable Use
You may use a list for your own research and business. You agree not to:
- Use the data for any unlawful purpose
- Use the data for telemarketing, robocalls or text messages in violation of the TCPA or other applicable law
- Resell, redistribute or republish the file, or any substantial part of it, as a dataset or database
Use of Services
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
